Zahi is the founder of Phoenix Consulting Middle East. He is a seasoned management and human resources professional with a career spanning over 20 years of combined line management and human resources consulting experience. He has built an unrivalled expertise in the MENA region with a proven track record during his tenure with both Aon Hewitt and Hay Group in the capacity of Partner and Area General Manager. Zahi’s solid experience lies in scoping major interventions as well as designing and managing the delivery of integrated solutions to both the public and private sectors.
Mundhir is the co-founder of Phoenix Consulting Oman and the Director of its Muscat office. He has spent over 25 years as the Human Resources Director of Petroleum Development Oman, the largest land-based Oil & Gas Company in Oman with 6,000 staff and 30,000 contractors. As Director of Human Resources and an integral member of the Managing Directors’ Committee (MDC), he developed the Human Resources function with particular focus on improving the Employee Value Proposition for staff, resolving industrial relation issues, as well developing and implementing strategies for creating job opportunities.
Seniora is seasoned consultant with broad human capital experience that lies in talent management, job analysis, reward, performance management, and career planning. Seniora is a certified assessor in psychometrics and also leads the Talent Management and Training service lines at Phoenix Consulting; she analyses organizations’ needs and designs solutions in assessment frameworks and customized training programs to meet client requests. Seniora has over 10 years of management consulting experience from her previous tenure at Deloitte, engaging in a wide range of consulting assignments with emphasis on human capital projects in Lebanon and across the Middle East region.
